Blake Bixler joined Senslytics as CEO in May 2022. Prior to joining Senslytics, Blake was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Cortado Ventures where he focused on energy tech. Blake has a decade of experience in the energy industry, including Chief Commercial Officer for start-up EagleClaw Midstream (now Kinetik) which sold to Blackstone for $2 billion in 2017. He holds a B.S. in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State and an MBA from Ohio State. Blake is also currently an energy tech advisor for Cortado Ventures and board member for automation fulfillment startup Ox.

Gayathri Anil is Director of AI Research and Strategy at Senslytics. Gayathri brings experience in causal modeling, computer vision, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning, previously applying these methods at Boehringer Ingelheim and Mu Sigma. Gayathri has a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Technology degree from SASTRA.  Her research has contributed to published work in multi‑agent reinforcement learning and causality, including papers presented at leading AI conferences.

Rabi is one of the founding members of Senslytics and currently serves as an Advisor and Board Member.  He previously served as President and CTO of Senslytics. Rabi is passionate about building smart solutions, and has authored multiple patents and technical papers. He’s a Senior Member of the IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional organization. Rabi holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Jay is a founding member of Senslytics. Jay serves as Executive Vice President of Catalyst Business Solutions and has worked in IT for over 25 years. Jay serves on a number of boards and earned his degree at Panjab University.

Amol is a founding member of Senslytics. He is also a Founder and COO of Catalyst Business Solutions. Amol serves on multiple boards and is experienced in IT infrastructure, vendor relations, and customer support. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune in India.

Hani is founder and Managing Director of NoviDigiTech LLC, which partners with stakeholders in the technology and entrepreneurial ecosystems to create impact and drive growth. He previously spent 18 years at Shell as digitalization lead for Deepwater Technologies, GameChanger, technology advisor, and leader of Shell’s Fluid Evaluation and Sampling Technologies (FEAST) center of excellence. Prior to that, Hani spent 15 years with Schlumberger. Hani has received multiple energy industry awards and has authored over 150 technical publications and several patents.
