At the first-ever European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) Surface Logging Workshop, Senslytics’ CEO Blake Bixler showcased recent collaborative research conducted in collaboration with SLB’s Ivan Fornasier and Maneesh Pisharat which used causal AI to estimate reservoir fluid properties in the North Sea.
Senslytics’ patented causal AI technology was successfully tested on five wells. Results showed that expert knowledge and situationally relevant data can provide reliable GOR estimates using mud gas logs and other existing data.
